Terms of service

Last updated: 16 April 2026

By using voyage crew, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trap you.

1. What voyage crew is

voyage crew is a tool that helps a group of people plan a trip together. You tell us where you want to go and what each person wants; we use an AI to propose a day-by-day plan, and your crew votes on the options. We don't book anything ourselves — final reservations happen on third-party sites (Booking.com, Airbnb, transport providers) via links we provide.

2. Your account

3. Proper use

Don't use voyage crew to:

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice if the breach is serious.

4. Booking disclaimer

voyage crew does not sell, broker, or confirm any travel bookings. Links to hotels, flights, and experiences on the results page go to third-party providers. Their terms, prices, and availability apply — we have no control over them. Always verify details (dates, prices, cancellation policy) on the booking provider's site before paying.

5. AI-generated content

Itineraries are generated by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic). The AI can be wrong — it may suggest a restaurant that closed, get opening hours wrong, or miss a local holiday. Treat the plan as a starting point and double-check important details (reservations, transit times, visas, currency). voyage crew isn't responsible for losses caused by AI inaccuracies.

6. Your content

Trip preferences, vibes, notes, and votes you add are your content. You grant voyage crew a limited licence to store and display that content so your crew can use it. We won't share your content with anyone outside your trip crew.

7. Commissions

When you book a hotel through a link on our results page, we may earn a small commission from the booking provider. The price you pay is not affected — commissions are paid by the provider out of their margin.

8. Changes to voyage crew

We're still building. Features may change, get paywalled, or be retired. We'll give reasonable notice for anything that meaningfully affects your trips.

9. Liability

voyage crew is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost trips, bad weather, or missed flights. Our total liability to you is capped at €100 or what you've paid us in the last year, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state where voyage crew is registered. Disputes are handled in that jurisdiction.
